2001: The Footlights’ first show was an old time musical: All for your delight! This had a theme that gave nearly all the members who wanted to perform on stage a chance to do so. There were also some who only wanted to work back stage or to help with scenery. Everyone within the group worked hard to ensure that the show was a success and that money was raised for charities—and their efforts were rewarded.
2002 - 2014
Since its first show in 2001 the Group has gone on to produce annual shows: beginning with Pirates of Penzance and continuing to (in recent years) Fiddler on the Roof, Guys and Dolls, and South Pacific, together with Youth Theatre productions of Cats and West Side Story.
